25.02.2017 Treasure Hunt in Calw

The Treasure Hunt in Calw (13 Treasure Hunters, the youngest 9 years old, isn’t it great!) was again very blessed. Especially our first time Treasure Hunters were fascinated at the many matching clues of their Treasure Maps.
Our team went on their way under the Word of Isaiah 45:2,3, “Thus says the LORD, ‘I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places,”.
And it wasn’t very long that we found our Treasures. Twelve clues on our Treasure Maps matched the three young adults. We were allowed to proclaim the Love of God to their hearts through prayer and words of prophecy.
One of us gave their testimony which touched them so deeply that two of the young people received Jesus into their life and now belong to our Heavenly Family. What a precious gift!!!!
We went on. In a narrow alleyway we came across the words “Fear of the future” on a house wall. We had the impression to release the Hope of God right there. Now there is a Hope Alley in Calw with the house number Jeremiah 29:11 (which says “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope”).
God often leads us in unusual ways and turned our Treasure Hunt also into a city prayer.
